1.- LEGAL NOTICE

(hereinafter TradTrade) makes it available to Internet users.
Access to the website is free except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the users. The translation services provided by the company in general, have the price indicated in the corresponding budget or commercial offer sent to the client.
The use of the portal and the reading of the general conditions subsequently exposed, implies for the user their full and express acceptance, assuming their full responsibility for the total or partial breach of the provisions of the general and particular clauses that are exposed and of the legal and / or judicial actions that may be derived as a consequence of this infraction.
Therefore, the user must read each and every one of the provisions herein, as well as the successive modifications that are introduced both in the general conditions of use, as well as in the specific and particular conditions that are added, which will be of application, and that the user can see through their access to the portal.

The trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by TRADTRADE or third parties, without it being understood that access to the Portal attributes any right over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names and / or distinctive signs.
3.- SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES
TRADTRADE, through its portal https://www.tradtrade.online, offers linguistic services through its website. TRADTRADE may, always depending on the development and evolution of the company and the sector, expand its portal to new services, activities or content, in order to improve the performance and quality of the service provided. In return, TRADTRADE reserves the right also to cancel, modify, replace or restrict the contents, services or activities, expressly and without prior notice to users.
4.- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER
a.- Condition, user: By user, it will be understood any natural or legal person who accesses the portal, to contemplate, glimpse, investigate, search or consult its content or to locate or acquire any information that is of interest to him.
For access to the portal as a query, search or display, it will not be necessary a previous, express and accepted registration as a registered user of the portal or to communicate your data.

Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 7 of this Legal Notice, as well as the privacy policies accessible from the Portal and which may be applicable at any time, the use of certain services or requests addressed to TRADTRADE are subject to prior completion of the corresponding User registration.

For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the data that he communicates and will keep the information provided to TRADTRADE perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to TRADTRADE or third parties by the information provided.
e.- Introduction of links to the Portal. The Internet user who wants to enter links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below without ignoring them, avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law:

The page that establishes the link must faithfully comply with the law and in no case may it dispose of or link to its own content or that of third parties that: are illegal, harmful or contrary to morality and good customs; induce or may induce in the User the false conception that TRADTRADE subscribes, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports the ideas, statements or expressions, lawful or unlawful, of the sender; are inappropriate or irrelevant to TRADTRADE's activity in relation to the place, content and subject matter of the sender's website.
5.- RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OPERATION AND CONTENT OF THE PORTAL
a.- Operation and availability of the service: TRADTRADE will not be responsible for failures in the operation of the portal, as well as for interruption, delays, slowness, loss or disconnection in communications and in the transmission of messages. TRADTRADE does not guarantee nor is it responsible for the continuous and uninterrupted operation and operation of the portal.
b.- Responsibility for damages to the user: TRADTRADE will not be responsible, indirectly or subsidiarily, for damages of any nature caused to the user due to failures and errors in access, connections, transmissions, interruption without just cause of the service, due to intrusions, computer viruses, massive advertising shipments or when the aforementioned causes are due to situations outside the portal, such as defects in the user's computer, deficiency in its connection, internal viruses in the user's computer user, slowness and problems in the communications that the user has with telephone operators, or when they are due to force majeure.

d.- Liability for third parties: TRADTRADE will not be liable as a consequence of the acts carried out by third parties outside the system, which, in breach of security measures, carry out acts against users such as the sending of computer viruses, mass advertising or spam, commercial emails, interruption of service and access to messages.
e.- Responsibility for the contents and services linked through the portal. The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search instruments that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, 'Linked Sites'). In these cases, TRADTRADE acts as a mediation service provider in accordance with article 17 of Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that you have effective knowledge of the illegality and have not deactivated the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illicit or inappropriate content, he may communicate it to TRADTRADE, without this communication in any case entailing the obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case, the existence of Linked Sites should presuppose the existence of agreements with the managers or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion or identification of TRADTRADE with the manifestations, content or services provided.
TRADTRADE does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, outdated, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and / or services of the Linked Sites or by any other damage that is not directly attributable to TRADTRADE
6.- DATA PROTECTION
The data collected through the Portal data collection forms will be incorporated into an automated personal data file for which TRADTRADE is responsible. The User may revoke the consent given and exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting the address indicated in clause 1 for this purpose.
TRADTRADE adopts the security levels required by the Security Measures Regulation approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of June 6. Notwithstanding the foregoing, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be leaks due to malicious acts by third parties.
TRADTRADE may use cookies during the provision of the Portal service. Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information related to the preferences determined by a user during his visit to a certain web page. The aforementioned modifications will be carried out unilaterally and without prior notice. In relation to the general and particular conditions, TRADTRADE reserves the right to modify, alter and / or write new clauses depending on the new activities to which it is expanding or to adapt to new regulations and legislation that arise. Said modifications will only be compulsory as of their entry into force and will be applicable to the user at the same time the portal is accessed.
b.- Suspension of the service: TRADTRADE reserves the right to suspend the service unilaterally and without notice, or to deny access to the portal, temporarily or indefinitely, to any user who fails to comply with these general or particular conditions, or carry out illegal, illicit and contrary acts to the law, the public order and the good customs.
c.- In the case of a unilateral resolution of the service or the forced withdrawal of the portal, TRADTRADE will previously inform you of the causes of its resolution, as well as the reasoning on which it bases its decision. In these cases, TRADTRADE undertakes to save the information stored on its server during the period of ten calendar days, after which, it will proceed to delete them, without this being able to demand any responsibility.
8- NOTIFICATIONS AND PROCEDURES
TRADTRADE may direct communications to the client by postal mail to the user's address, email, telephone calls or any other public means of dissemination, provided that this information has been duly disclosed to TRADTRADE.
In this sense, all notifications made by TRADTRADE to the user will be considered validly made, if they have been made using the aforementioned data and means.
All notifications and communications made to TRADTRADE by the user will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are addressed to TRADTRADE by sending an email to the following address: contacto@tradtrade.online.
9.- COMMUNICATION OF ACTIVITIES OF ILLICIT AND INADEQUATE CHARACTER
In the event that the User or any other Internet user is aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose content or services are illegal, harmful, demeaning, violent or contrary to morality, they may contact TRADTRADE indicating the following points :
• Personal information of the caller: name, address, telephone number and email address;
• Description of the facts that reveal the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
• In the event of violation of rights, such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the owner of the infringed right when he is a person other than the communicator. Likewise, it must provide the title that proves the legitimacy of the owner of the rights and, where appropriate, that of representation to act on behalf of the owner when he is a person other than the communicator;
• Express declaration that the information contained in the claim is accurate.
The reception by TRADTRADE of the communication foreseen in this clause will not suppose, according to the provisions of the LSSI, the effective knowledge of the activities and / or contents indicated by the communicator.
10.- LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
All issues related to the Portal are governed in each and every one of its clauses by Spanish Laws and are submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spanish territory.
